Workshop Title: “The Secret of Life”
Workshop Date: Sat, Sep 23, 2017, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EDT), Atlanta, GA
The bible offers several passages about man’s semblance to God. In Genesis 1:27, the bible says man was made in the image of God. Also, in the New Testament, Jesus himself tells his followers in John 14:12, “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also.” And, Psalms 82:6 unequivocally states, “You are gods.”
So, why do I think I am less than God?
Without fail, in our imperfect human state, we feel inadequate in comparison to God. Most anyone would agree they don’t quite measure up to the Big Guy in the sky. In fact, most religions would consider it blasphemy to compare oneself to God at all. In other areas of the bible, man is taught to fear God.
So, which verse of the bible should we pay closer attention to, if any at all?
In my latest workshop, we’ll explore “Why Do I Think I Am Less Than God”, and attempt to understand the role of the mind and its control over man’s position in and beyond the Universe.
You are cordially invited to share your questions, opinions and beliefs without judgment or ridicule. Our purpose is to awaken to Absolute Truth.
Join us on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017 at 10:00 am for an exciting day of truth-seeking.
